'Don't Look Down' is being released now so you can get a little taste of what TBFWWC are cooking up for their first full length release, coming out later this fall / winter. And the first taste is tasty. I would write more, and maybe even through in a metaphor, but I have to pack up all we own and move to England this week.
Luckily TBFWWC had some time to give a little info on what is in store:
“All of the previous output of The Best Friends With Wolves Club has been solely the creation of Eric, our lead singer and key tinkler. This new album is the first time other voices and influences are being allowed into the sonic landscape. It's been an interesting, relatively bloodless process. We've had a few times where we've clashed over a certain musical idea or just over who has the best hair, but the best stuff always comes through when people are arguing passionately for something they think is creatively relevant. In summary, the new album sounds less settled, more nomadic, maybe even insecure. More eager for a search that may not necessarily come to an end.”
