Ghost Hospital feels like a warm hug. Or maybe it feels like it needs a warm hug. Maybe it is a bit of both. Grab a pair of headphones, make a pot of tea, take the day off of work and see for yourself. Or at least that is what I am doing right now and this album feels perfect.
Here's Henry's thoughts on it:
“I wrote one song and recorded it. I wrote one more and recorded it. I kept going. It's very special to me since it's like a diary to me. I know exactly when, where and why. Those songs are very personal to me and I think they turned out good. I only spent a day working on each song. I would record a few takes and then edit. I didn't have a lot of time and I really wanted to capture a certain emotion on that specific day so I just had to get things done. My friend Patrick Porter came up with the title. He painted the cover for me while listening to these songs. He named the painting Ghost Hospital and was kind enough to let me use it as the EP title.”
